Lophomyrtus ralphii 'White Tiger' is a bushy evergreen shrub. The dark red leaves are creamy-white edged with a pink glow. The flowers are saucer-shaped with distinctive long stamens. The shrub is very easy to prune and shape and is an ideal plant for terraces and balconies. ‘White Tiger’ was found five years ago as a mutation in the dark red-leaved 'Red Dragon'. The hues of 'White Tiger' are much 'brighter'/brighter/clearer and more pink-tinged, with no 'run back' in the new shoots. It will be available from the end of January 2023 for the upcoming spring season in P13 (C1), P19 (C3) and P23 (C5). Stegroplant from Boskoop has submitted it for inspection and is also marketing it.
