Participation
Participation in the fair is open to anyone, from any country. You do not have to be a member of a specific organization. With entry prices starting at €756, the organization ensures that the fair remains accessible to a wide selection of companies. The goal is to continue to offer the most comprehensive garden plant offering in Europe. 90% of the exhibitors supply green products. The remaining 10% offer other products or services aimed at garden plant buyers or the growers present. This means that non-growers can also find a place at the fair. Thanks to its emphasis on bringing garden plant buyers and suppliers together, PLANTARIUM|GROEN-Direkt guarantees an effective trade show experience.

Garden plant buyers from garden centres and wholesale companies are the focus audience of the fair. In addition, many breeders and nurserymen visit the fair and a smaller group of suppliers and gardeners.
We have an intensive, European promotional campaign. We advertise and post notices in trade media (print and digital). Our newsletters go to about 15,000 addresses and we have a large online promotional campaign. In addition, we have a lot of one-to-one contact with key buyers and chains. Exhibitors also have an important role to play in inviting contacts through their socials, newsletters and direct contacts.

You can do this through your own tools such as social posts, newsletters and email signatures. You can also make a reference in advertisements. Feel free to mail or call us!
The confirmation e-mail will include all fixed costs for your participation. Additional costs may arise from ordering any extras for your stand. For example, a power connection or a fixed internet cable. In addition, you may have your own costs for hotel, printing and stand equipment, for example.

Present your product! That is our most important advice. Plants are the key players at this fair. Large stand construction is not necessary. In doing so, keep a close eye on the rules around the various stand types. For example, the use of resources other than plants in Basic and Budget stands is severely restricted.
Got any news? Let the organisation know. If appropriate, we will include it in our socials, newsletters and other expressions. In doing so, you can register your innovations for the various Awards.
It is not allowed to stick anything on the walls of the stand.
