Agapanthus 'DWAGHYB05' (EVERPANTHUS SPARKLE) has multicolored, dark violet-blue, and white flowers. The plant has a compact flowering structure and more flower heads than other Agapanthus. EVERPANTHUS SPARKLE has good reblooming, resulting in a long flowering period. Additionally, EVERPANTHUS SPARKLE grows faster than other varieties. The plant was bred by De Wet Plant Breeders from Linbro Park (ZA) and plant breeders' rights protection has been applied for. Hoogeveen Plants B.V. from Hazerswoude and Leybaert bvba from Moerbeke (B) are marketing it. The management is handled by Plantipp BV from IJsselstein, which also submitted the plant for inspection.
