Rosa Green Summer®, Ceçi n’est pas une rose® has a compact, ground-covering growth, low thorn density, and abundant flowering. The plant forms a dense carpet of glossy green leaves on trailing branches, effectively suppressing weed growth. The small white, fragrant, single roses are highly attractive to bees. The red hips in autumn add an extra touch of color to this superb ground cover and also attract birds. Highly disease-resistant and winter-hardy, this rose always grows on its own roots, preventing wild shoots. The plant reaches a height of about 20-30 cm and spreads to 60-80 cm wide. Rosa Green Summer® is distributed through garden centers and marketed by Meer Plant from Meer (Belgium) and Van Vliet New Plants BV from Stroe, who also submitted the plant for evaluation. The plants are available in C2 size.
