Nepeta 'Bocombsky' (MAGICAL MR. BLUE SKY) blooms profusely from early May to September with blue-purple, spike-shaped flowers and is loved by insects. The strong and wind-resistant plant has a broad upright growth up to 120 cm. The plant provides good coverage and the dense foliage prevents weed growth. Even after blooming, the dark purple calyces retain their ornamental value. Nepeta MAGICAL MR. BLUE SKY was developed by Boot & Dart Nurseries from Boskoop and is protected by plant breeders' rights. Kolster BV from Boskoop submitted the plant for the novelty inspection and also markets it.
