Salvia nemorosa 'Big Blue Bicolour' is a striking new introduction in the perennial range from Florensis. This new Salvia combines vigorous growth with abundant flowering, featuring large flower spikes densely packed with uniquely bi-coloured light blue flowers—a true eye-catcher in borders or containers.
The dark green foliage forms a beautiful contrast with the light blue blooms, giving the plant a fresh and vibrant look. ‘Big Blue Bicolour’ stands out particularly for its flower size and colour intensity, making it a valuable addition to the existing Salvia selection.
The plant was selected by Florensis BV, based in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht (NL), and is protected by plant breeders’ rights. Market introduction is planned for summer 2026. Florensis has submitted this cultivar for novelty evaluation.
