Salvia jamensis ‘Barsabel’ (BELLE DE LOIRE)

Salvia jamensis 'Barsabel' (BELLE DE LOIRE) is a bicolor perennial Salvia with original and bright colors. The flowers are bright in color: yellow and orange in spring, changing to cream and salmon in autumn. The plant is abundantly flowering from May to October with nectar-rich and fragrant inflorescences of 20 to 30 cm. This makes this Salvia very attractive to bees and other pollinators. BELLE DE LOIRE is resistant to dry, poor soil and hardy to -10 °C. A perfect Salvia with a new and unusual color for retail. The winner is Barrault Horticulture from La Possonniere (FR), plant breeders protection is requested. SAPHO from Beaufort en Anjou (FR) is marketing the plant and has submitted it for inspection.
