Geranium sanguineum ‘MVNG1901’ (FRIVOLIUS LILAC) is a strong and healthy new garden geranium with strikingly large flowers in an attractive lilac-pink colour. This cultivar is continuous-flowering and forms a soil-covering carpet without proliferating, making it particularly suitable for both garden application and public greenery. FRIVOLIUS LILAC is also perfect for use in pots. Its dark green leaves form a nice contrast to the colourful blooms. The plant was obtained from seedling selection by Marco Van Noort Breeding of Warmond and has been marketed by Vitroflora and Allplant since 2023. Plant breeder protection is in force.
