Clematis ‘Strawberry Fields’

Clematis ‘Strawberry Fields’ has single, medium-sized flowers (7-10 cm in diameter) that are dark red-pink with a yellow center. It is a perennial variety that can be grown as a ground cover. The plant has vigorous growth and blooms abundantly from June to the end of August. The leaves are trifoliate, heart-shaped, and light green in color. The stems grow up to 160 cm long and produce a large number of flowering short stems along the central stem. This is a very valuable and easy-to-grow new cultivar. It grows very well in sunny spots in the garden. This Clematis was bred by Szczepan Marczynski from Pruszkow (P), and plant breeders' rights have been applied for. Clematis The Source of Good Climbers from Pruszkow (P) submitted the plant for the novelty evaluation.
