Clematis 'Baltic Waves' has very large single flowers (24-28 cm in diameter) in a violet-blue color with a lighter stripe in the middle of the sepals. The sepals have rather unusual wavy edges. The plant blooms continuously from May to July. The leaves are compound, heart-shaped, and light green in color. Clematis 'Baltic Waves' is a compact cultivar and climbs up to 180 cm high. The plant prefers sunny spots in the garden. It is ideal for small gardens or in pots for terraces or balconies.
