Take advantage of this opportunity and put your new product in the picture among visitors to the GROEN-Direkt Summer Days, on the website and social media channels and in the newsletters. The earlier you register your product, the more publicity you will get.
Best KVBC Novelty
The judging of the new cultivars is done by an independent judging committee of the Koninklijke Vereniging voor Boskoopse Culturen (KVBC) where everything revolves around assortment. This ensures the correctness and quality of the inspections. The jury judges the plants on ornamental value, flower colour, flowering time and period, leaf colour, plant shape but also on characteristics such as health and propagation. Registration is still open until 22 May 2023. Below are the entries for judging during GREEN-Direkt's Summer Days on 12 and 13 June 2023.
1. Best Market Release
Important points are: Shelf life, availability, responsible product and compatibility with current market needs. The jury consists of international experts.
2. Best KVBC Novelty
The cultivars are judged by an independent KVBC jury on ornamental value, flower colour, flowering time and period, leaf colour, shape of the plant, but also on characteristics such as health and propagation.
3. Visitors' favourite
There are 15 candidates in this category. Visitors could cast their votes during the PLANTARIUM|GROEN-Direkt days through the green balls.
